Our co-house is looking for a (temporary) renter!Short-term contract (at least 6 months), long-term possible too. Immediately available!Rent is 540 euro + monthly costs estimated around 80-100 euro (depending on amount of consumption of gaz, electricity and water).Domicile required. Location is Jeugdstraat in Kessel-Lo. 

There’s plenty of space:-    Large bedroom (+/- 20m2),-    Bathroom (bathtub and shower),-    Kitchen (dishwasher and oven available),-    Spacious livingroom,-    Veranda,-    Pleasant attic (hobbyroom),-    Laundry room (washing machine)-    Basement and garage (lots of room for storage),-    Big garden (ideal for sunbathing, gardening or barbeque).-    One car can be parked in front of the house for free.

The bedroom will be rented without furniture but if needed furniture can be arranged for a little extra (negotiable).10 min walk to the train station. 5 min walk to multiple buslines. Little supermarket at 300m walking distance. Calm neighbourhood, yet everything closeby.

The house will be shared with 3 people in total!We are looking for preferably a woman who is working (or work student/PhD).
